About Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Tawang
The Year 1993 was the most auspicious year when the foundation stone of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Tawang at NEC Farm took place in midst of immense beautiful Himalayan range.The school was established in November1994 at non permanent site at NEC Farm, Tawang. The school was shifted to permanent site in June,2012. The school campus covers around 18.611 acres of forested hillside with its buildings connected by steep and windy paths and offering spectacular views at every turn.
