Please note that the school will not release any offline application form. Parents need to download and take a printout of the form on A4 sheets.

In the application, parents must provide all the mandatory details in neat and clean handwriting.

A duly filled application form should be submitted at School Gate No. 3 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm along with the photocopies of the following documents.

• Date of Birth Certificate of the child
• Both sides of the Aadhar Card of the parents and guardian
• Both sides of the Aadhar Card of Child (if available)
• Half yearly mark sheet of the sibling studying in the school (if applicable)
