EDUHEAL Foundation Olympiad 2023: Schedule, Eligibility, Application Form

EHF is a registered International NGO actively engaged in searching talented school students by reaching out to 4000 schools and 6 lakhs students annually. Various Olympiads are conducted to assess the knowledge of the participants in the subjects of Maths, Science, English, GK, Biotechnology, and many others. Interested candidates can submit their applications for participating in these Olympiads via their schools.

Eligibility Criteria

The basic eligibility criteria to appear for the EDUHEAL Foundation Olympiad 2023 exam are discussed here:

For level 1:

  • Students from any recognized boards studying in class 1 to 11 are eligible for 1st level exams.
  • For BIFO, students from class 9 to 12 are only eligible and for NINO, students of class 6 to 12 can apply.

For level 2:

  • For those Olympiads having 2nd level, the candidates need to clear the level 1 exam to be eligible.

Application Form

  • Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the EDUHEAL Foundation Olympiad through their respective schools.
  • Students can contact their respective Olympiad coordinator for the application form.
  • Students need to provide their basic personal and academic details in the application form.
  • Once all the important details are entered correctly into the application form, the students should submit it back to the school.
  • The application form should not be sent by the students directly to the Foundation as direct applications will be canceled.
  • The candidates whose applications are submitted on time can obtain the admit card and appear for the exam.

Application fee:

  • The application fee for the EDUHEAL Olympiad will be Rs. 125/-.
  • Other than this, the schools may charge an additional amount of Rs. 25/- for the conduct of the Olympiad.

Admit Card

  • The admit card for the EDUHEAL Foundation Olympiad will be made available with the respective schools.
  • Candidates who have submitted the application form can contact their school and ask for the admit card.
  • Only the candidates with a valid admit card will be allowed to sit for the Olympiad exam.

Result

  • The result of the Olympiad will be made available with the school and can also be checked from the EHF website also.
  • Printed copy of the result will also be sent to the school and the students can obtain it by contacting their school.
  • Toppers of the Olympiad will then be awarded with the various prizes and cash rewards.
  • An Understanding of Subject report will also be given to every candidate who obtain a rank.

Awards

International, national and school level awards are rewarded as follows:

International level:

  • 1st prize: Rs. 50000 + Gold medal and certificate
  • 2nd prize: Rs. 25000 + Silver medal and certificate
  • 3rd prize: Rs. 10000 + Bronze medal and certificate
  • 4th or 10th prize: Educational gift worth Rs. 500

National level:

  • 1st prize: Rs. 5000 + Gold medal and certificate
  • 2nd prize: Rs. 2500 + Silver medal and certificate
  • 3rd prize: Rs. 1000 + Bronze medal and certificate
  • 4th or 10th prize: Educational gift worth Rs. 500
  • 11th onwards: Certificate

School level:

  • Participation certificate for all successful participants obtaining a rank
  • Medal for school top 3 rankers in each class with more than 8 successful participants
  • All school toppers will get gold medal
  • Special award for paid participation in 5 or more EHF Olympiad
  • Special award for school toppers scoring 100% in Mathematics/ Science/ English/ GK Olympiad

What will be the venue for the EDUHEAL Foundation Olympiad exam?

The EDUHEAL Foundation Olympiad will be conducted in the respective schools and the participants will have to appear for the same as date and time specified by their school only.

Are there two levels of exam for every EDUHEAL Foundation Olympiad?

No. Two levels of exams will be conducted only for the Mathematics, Science and English Olympiads. For rest others, only one level of exam will be conducted.

What will be the mode of EDUHEAL Foundation Olympiad exam?

The NIMO, NISO, IEO, IGO and ACC Olympiads will be conducted in offline mode (paper based test) and NSSO, ICO, NBTO, SCC, BIFO and NINO will be conducted in online mode (computer based test).
