Suresh Raina was born in Ghaziabad, India, on December 6, 1993. He has elder brothers named Naresh Raina, Dinesh Raina, and Mukesh Raina and an elder sister named Renu Raina. Suresh Raina chose to play cricket in 2000. He made his debut for UP against Assam in 2003. When Suresh Raina was sixteen years old, he made his Ranji debut.
