DPS Jorhat Admission Process

Currently, DPS Jorhat offers admission from K.G I to class VIII & XI(Science , Commerce & Arts). You need to follow a simple registration process for which details are given below:

• Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the Administrative Office within seven working days from the issue of forms.
• Registration fees once paid, is non-refundable.
• One form is applicable for one student only.
• Incomplete registration forms will be rejected.
• Dates and timings for the written test will be intimated at the time of submission of the registration form.
• KG to Grade III: An interaction session with the Principal and the respective teachers.
• Grade IV – Grade IX: Entrance Test. Subjects: English, Hindi, and Mathematics (appropriate literacy, numeracy, reasoning skills and application ability).

The following Documents are needs to submitted along with the Registration Form:

• The registration form, duly filled and signed
• 3 recent passport size colour photographs of the child.
• Photocopy of the candidate’s Birth Certificate duly attested by a competent Village/ Municipal/ Government Authority (affidavits or school certificate are not acceptable to certify DOB).
• The Transport Form (if the School transport needs to be availed)
• Attested photocopy of the Mark Sheet of the Half Yearly/Yearly/ Terminal Examination of present class.
• Attested photocopy of the Mark Sheet of last examination attended in the previous school (not applicable for KG-I, KG-II).
• Caste certificates from competent authority (if any).
