Eligibility Criteria

Horizon Private School Admission Process

Horizon Private School Admission is open year-round (except on public holidays). The Registrar Officer is always ready to assist parents and they can call the school during working hours. The basic details of the admission process are given below.

• First of all, the parents need to fill out an application form on behalf of their child.
• Basic information about the ward such as name, gender, class, sibling status and that of parents will be asked in the form.
• The form is available on the official website of the school or from the reception area at the school.
• The application form can be submitted in person or scanned and sent via email to the following address- rward@hpsbranch.com.
• Along with the form, copies of important documents (listed below) should also be enclosed.
• Once the admission forms are processed, the parents will be informed of the date for interviews or entrance exams in English, Math, and Arabic.
• Interviews will be conducted for students of Pre KG, KG1 and KG2 while tests will be held for Grades 1 and above.
• Based on the student’s results in the interview/entrance exams, the previous school’s report card and the staff’s observations, the decision regarding admission will be made.
• If the student is accepted, parents will be informed within three working days and will be required to visit the school to finalize the registration or to complete it online.
