Kevin Hart was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 6, 1979 to Nancy and Henry Hart. His mother worked as a systems analyst for the Office of Student Registration and Financial Services at the University of Pennsylvania and managed the household. His father was a cocaine addict and was in and out of jail most of Hart’s childhood. Kevin also has an older brother named Robert.
