It will be the second time in the history of the game that the Texas Rangers are selected as the host for the All-Star Game. The first time they hosted the game was around 30 years ago in 1995 at the Ballpark in Arlington. However, for 2024 a new venue has been chosen to host the game and it will be held at the at Globe Life Field.
