OFSS Bihar 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria are specified for admission to OFSS Bihar Class 11 admission:

Students who have cleared their class 10^th exam from a recognized board are eligible to appear for the admission process.
Applicants from other state boards are eligible for admission too.

OFSS Bihar Class 11 Application Process

Students can apply for the admission process through online mode by visiting the official website www.ofssbihar.in.
In the Common Application Form (CAF), the applicants will have to first provide the details of their class 10^th examination such as board name, year of passing, roll number, etc.
Further details like the candidate’s name, parent’s name, marks scored, school name, gender, religion, district, address, etc will also be asked in the form.
Information regarding the candidate’s (or parent’s) phone number, email address, candidate’s aadhaar number should be provided in the form as well.
Students should also provide their choice for college and stream in the application form.
Scanned copies of candidates’ photographs and signatures should also be uploaded to the application form.
After providing all the details, candidates can preview the application and confirm the details.
Upon confirmation, an OTP will be sent to the given mobile number. After OTP verification, the candidates can submit the form.
The next and final step will be the payment of the application fee after which the candidates can take the printout of the application form.

Application fee:

The application fee for the online admission is Rs. 350/-.
Payment of the application fee can be done through an online payment gateway using net banking/ debit card/ credit card or via e-Challan.

Editing in Application Form

An editing window to make changes in the application form will be provided to the candidates.
Using their user id and password generated at the time of application, the candidates can log in to their account and edit the application form.
Other than this, the candidates can also edit their application form using the OFSS mobile app available on Google Play Store.

OFSS Bihar 2024 Combined Merit List

After the application process for Bihar OFSS is over, a combined merit list of the applied candidates will be prepared.
The list will be made on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in their board exams and the option provided in the application form.
The merit list will be displayed on the official website of OFSS.
Merit lists will be prepared up to three different rounds depending on the number of seats that remain vacant after each round.

OFSS Bihar Class 11 Admission 2024 Summary

The admission process will begin according to the names of the candidates on the merit list.
Details about the admission process such as and name of the reporting/ allotted college along with the date and time of reporting will be communicated through the registered mobile number and email address.
After different rounds of admission are over, the remaining seats in any college will be filled via spot admission.
Candidates opting for spot admission will again have to register themselves on the OFSS portal online.
