We have detailed below the admission process of Seth M.R. Jaipuria School Lucknow for the academic session 2024-25.

If you seek admission to class 11 then you need to write an email along with scanned copy of your class 9 and 10 report card to [email protected]. Allotment of sections would be done based on eligibility of students.

For playgroup, parents can apply in online as well as offline mode.

Following documents are required to be attached with the admission form-

Proof of date of birth for Playgroup to UKG- Aadhaar card, hospital discharge certificate and municipality birth certificate.

Date of birth proof for class 1 to class 9- Report card of last 2 years from the school and Aadhaar card.

Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected by the school. Therefore, fill up the form carefully with required details.

Eligibility Criteria

For Play Group the minimum age criterion is 2 years 6 months.

For LKG it is 3 years 6 months.

And for UKG, it is 4 years 6 months at the beginning of the session as on 1^st April of the year.

The school will do inform the parents regarding interview and selection procedure.

Transfer certificate- Students coming on transfer from schools including schools outside Uttar Pradesh need to have Transfer Certificates counter-signed by the Inspector of Schools of the state concerned.

Parents need to submit the following in case they seek admission to UKG and class 1 for their wards-

A photocopy of birth certificate of their wards as issued by a concerned authority while registering
Requisite admission form
Two passport size photographs of the ward and one each of the parents

For other classes, it will be required to submit a certificate from the head of the institution where the student is studying currently at the time of registration. The Original copy of the date of birth certificate will also be required to produce at the time of document verification. Candidates’ application should be submitted in the prescribed format. Children with their parents shall be interviewed if required by the Principal.

Admission Fee

One can obtain the prospectus and application form from the school office and the duly-filled application form can get registered simply by paying a registration fee of Rs.3000/-. The registration fee is non-refundable in nature.

Admission Rules

The application form needs to be submitted in the appropriate form. The school has its right to test the child either in all or any subject.
The school holds its right to accept or reject any application. The decision of the school in this regard is final.
If you are seeking withdrawal of your ward then you need to give an advance notice minimum a month before. Otherwise, an amount equal to one month tuition fee shall be payable in order to issue the transfer certificate.
In case a student fails twice in the same class he/she has to be withdrawn from the School.
