1. First National Bank Tower
The First National Bank Tower is the tallest building in Omaha and also in all of Nebraska state. It is a commercial building that serves as the official headquarters of First National Bank of Omaha. The building won fifth place in the Emporis Skyscraper Award in 2002.
2. WoodmenLife Tower
WoodmenLife Tower was once the tallest building in Omaha and Nebraska and remained for 30 years before the completion of First National Bank Tower. Known earlier as the Woodmen Tower, the building is the headquarters of WoodmenLife insurance company. The building has been featured in the 2002 Jack Nicholson movie, About Schmidt.
3. Elmwood Tower
Formerly known as the Masonic Manor, the Elmwood Tower is the tallest residential building in Omaha and third overall. The building only offers residential apartments for people aged 50 and older. It has a floor count of 21 and its construction was completed in 1963.

4. Union Pacific Center
The Union Pacific Center is the headquarters of the Union Pacific Railroad and its parent company, the Union Pacific Corporation. It is the newest building in Omaha to be featured on the list of city’s tallest buildings. It was constructed in 2004 and is the fourth tallest building in Omaha.
5. First National Center
Located in Downtown Omaha, First National Center is the fifth tallest building in the city that comprises 22 stories. The building is connected to the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton and also to a 550-stall parking garage. Construction of the building was completed in 1971.
