Tiger 3 Release Date (Announced)- Countdown Begins, Know Cast, Plot, and Teaser

This Diwali, you can expect some fireworks in Theatres near you because superstar Salman Khan will be back with his much-awaited film “Tiger 3”. The film was earlier scheduled to release on 21 April 2023 coinciding with Eid. But, it was pushed to Diwali to avoid a clash with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Now, the new release date is 10th November 2023.

Tiger 3 is a sequel to Tiger Zinda Hai and will be the 5th movie in the Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe. Salman Khan has high hopes for the film after the disastrous performance by Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Fans are utterly excited to see Katrina Kaif once again pairing with Salman. Tiger 3 Release Date

Tiger 3 is set to release on Friday, 10 November 2023. which is two days before Diwali. The principal photography for the film wrapped up in May 2023.

Yash Raj Films, along with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, announced the film on 4 March 2022 through their social media platforms. Initially, they stated that it would be released on 21 April 2023. However, the film is now pushed to November.

Tiger 3 Cast

The main cast of Tiger 3 is going to remain the same as the previous two movies of the series. However, some new stars are also going to grace the screen. Here is the complete star cast of Tiger 3.

Salman Khan – The protagonist of Tiger 3 is once again going to be Avinash “Tiger” Singh Rathore, a former RAW officer, to be played by Salman Khan. You will once again see Salman Khan eliminating bad guys in his own unique style.
Katrina Kaif – Katrina will again pair against Salman Khan and portray the role of Zoya Humaimi-Rathore, an ex-ISI agent.
Emraan Hashmi – Known for his intense and unconventional roles, Emraan Hashmi is also going to play an important role in Tiger 3. It will be great to see how he will share the screen with stars like Salman and Katrina.
Ashutosh Rana – Just like the previous two movies of this series, Ashutosh Rana will be playing the role of Colonel Sunil Luthra. He is a seasoned actor who adds depth and intensity to the cast.
Ranvir Shorey – Ranvir Shorey will be playing the role of Gopi Arya, a former handler of Tiger.
Gavie Chahal – Navdeepak Singh Chahal or Gavie Chahal will be seen portraying the role of Captain Abrar.

Cameo by Shahrukh Khan

Apart from the cast mentioned above, Shahrukh Khan will also play a cameo role in Tiger 3. King Khan himself revealed it to the media. Answering a question he said, “Last two years were fantastic because I got to be in one of his films. He came in Zero and did a song with me and, now in Pathaan, and I don’t know if it’s a secret, but I will try to be in Tiger (3) also.“

He also expressed his love for Salman Khan calling him his brother. He added, “It’s great working with him. There is a special thanks I want to say before I tell how much I love Salman. Salman is like family, he is like a brother. We don’t know who is the elder brother. Each one of us on different days behaves like the elder brother to each other. Whoever makes a mistake is the elder brother”.

Shooting Locations

Primarily, the shooting of Tiger 3 took place in Delhi and Mumbai. Some sequences of the film were also shot in Turkey. A car chase scene was filmed in Saint Petersburg in August 2021.

The cameo scene of Shahrukh Khan was filmed on a ten-day schedule on Madh Island. A palatial set was created on the island. just for this action scene.

Teaser and Trailer

The official teaser and trailer of Tiger 3 are not yet released. According to a report by Hindustan Times, we can expect a motion poster or a teaser by the end of September”. Please note that the official trailer will be released on YouTube at least a few weeks prior to the official release of the movie.

Tiger 3 Budget

As per Hindustan Times and many other Internet reports, Tiger 3 is the most expensive movie ever by Yash Raj Films. The film budget is around Rs. 300 Crore due to the top star cast and costly action scenes. Producer of the film Aditya Chopra has very high hopes that Tiger 3 will generate greater revenue at the box office.
